This item is two downloadable PDF files (one that can be filled out on your computer, one that can be printed and filled out by hand) that you can fill in on your computer using Adobe Acrobat and save or print out on a printer capable of printing 11" x 17" paper. You can print at Staples or another store that offers that service if you don't have a large format printer, or send the file back to me and I will print it for $1 per double-sided form and ship it to you (to any United States address) for a reasonable shipping rate that covers my costs.

All the form fields that are in the original census are on the form, including "leave blank" fields, and the original layout has been replicated as much as possible. Additionally, I have provided a Transcriber Information and Transcriber Notes section at the bottom of the second page. There is a margin on the binding side so that if you choose to print double-sided and 3-hole punch the pages, the holes will not obscure text. You can either fold the pages slightly off-center and insert them into a regular binder, or purchase a ledger binder to hold them unfolded.

You may print the form as many times for your own personal use as necessary, or if you are providing genealogy research services to others, may provide them with printed and completed (filled out) forms. Please do not redistribute blank forms, either electronically or printed, to other people, but instead direct them to this listing so they may purchase their own.
